Before you book: General Tech Help is $79 for up to one hour. NBN & Wi-Fi Setup starts from $119, and Whole-home Setup starts from $179. Additional support time is $30 per 30 minutes, if needed and agreed with you first. Travel within my confirmed local service area is included; travel outside that area is quoted in advance. Parts and hardware cost extra where required, with your approval. I'll confirm the expected service price, visit length and any extra charges before your appointment.

Booking requests are subject to approval. Your appointment is only confirmed after I accept it. No online payment is required to submit a request.

Can you remove viruses or pop-ups from my phone?

Do I need to understand technology?
